Is this actually narcissism?

Most blokes don’t get called a narcissist out of nowhere — it’s usually pinned to one specific thing they did. Here are the common ones, each with a straight answer: is it the disorder, or is it just being human? And, every time, the honest catch — because “not a narcissist” never means “did nothing wrong.”
Being selfish sometimes One selfish act isn’t a pattern. Where’s the line? Is it narcissism? → Wanting to be heard A normal need — unless it crowds out listening.
